Ingredients:
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp pepper (If you can handle pepper)
1/3 cup of non fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup of milk
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Place your mix in a baggie or mason jar. Then pour mix into a bowl and whisk 1 Tablespoon of Mix plus ⅓ Cup of non fat Greek yogurt + ¼ Cup of Milk into the mix. You can add salt to taste if you feel like you need to.
Note: I used this in my salad along with dipping my french fries, or veggies into it. :)
